Regarding all the offers, deliveries, and services in the Blumarine Home online shop, only following terms and conditions are applied in Switzerland and Principality of Liechtenstein (hereafter referred to as “Customers”), unless otherwise agreed.

With the correct implementation of the Datatrans payment solution (leading Swiss Payment Service Provider (PSP)), we meet the technical requirements of the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). Datatrans is Internet payments international expert with headquarters based in Switzerland.
3.1. All the prices are given in CHF. The statutory VAT (currently – 7,7%) as well as processing are included (except for shipping charges). Shipping charges are calculated depending on the goods volume.
3.2. The supplier reserves the right to change prices anytime. For the Customer, the price given on the website at the day of the order is valid.
3.3. Information about special offers and discounts are marked within the information of the corresponding product.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPall, and advance payments on our bank account. In Switzerland, we additionally offer electronic direct debit and cash on delivery. In case of advance payments, we have to cancel the order automatically on behalf of the Customers, if no payment receipt has been registered on our account within 14 days.
5. Fulfillment of the Contract
5.1. By clicking “Buy now” button, the Customer concludes a binding order with Bantes & Co. GmbH for the goods in the shopping cart.
5.2. For the delivery volume and performance, our confirmation is decisive. Unless otherwise agreed the benefits and risks are delegated from the supplier to the Customer at the moment of goods transfer.
Following products cannot be exchanged:
We produce bed sheets, blankets, pillowcases, and bed linen on one-to-one basis. For this reason, exchange is impossible.
We produce your nightwear on one-to-one basis. For this reason, exchange of nightwear is impossible.
6.3. Down comforters and pillows
Exchange and return of downy products is impossible.
Other Products Exchange Terms
6.4. The returnable products can be changed without any reason. Please make sure that the returned product is complete and has no signs of usage. Pack up your order in the original package. The return has to be free of charge in any case. Returned packages, which were not prepaid, will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject the articles that have been evidently damaged or frequently used. Shipping, processing or insurance costs are not to be refunded.
7. Shipping Guidelines
7.1. All our products available from stock are delivered ex stock to the address provided by the Customer.
7.2. The terms of delivery are up to 3-5 working days after payment receipt or confirmation of payment. The detail of the delivery is not binding.
7.3. In case of delivery delay, the Customer is entitled to raise a claim for compensation against Bantes&Co.GmbH. It is specifically applied to delivery delays caused by force majeure, traffic disruptions as well as other events, which do not depend on Bantes&Co.GmbH.

Thus, intellectual property rights regarding this website and the Blumarine Home trademarks are protected within the right of use of Blumarine Home and Bantes Home online shop in Bantes & Co. GmbH.
The access to this website in any case does not give intellectual property right to the customer.
